Paintball history is full of oral accounts, vanished magazines, changing league structures, and fragmented event records. Bunker Buddy keeps provenance visible and draws a hard line between indexing and republishing.
Reference data, not a PBLeagues mirror
The event index uses public date, league, event name, and destination URL only. It does not copy player profiles, rosters, private accounts, photos, or the scores database.
Evidence stays attached
Historical milestones link to the source used. When accounts differ or evidence is incomplete, the atlas should say so instead of filling the gap by inference.
Freshness is visible
Live desks show the timestamp attached to the source response and when each item was published. A stale official feed is labeled by date, never presented as breaking news.
Remote previews stay remote
When a publisher feed supplies a preview image, the browser may request it directly from that publisher. Bunker Buddy does not download, rehost, or proxy the file; cards may scale or frame it responsively and fall back to owned artwork if it cannot load.
